On June 6, we co-organised our first ever event in New York, for the NY Tech Week, part of A16z. As we are working on growing VAUNT Market in the States, getting involved in this event was a great opportunity to connect with investors, startups, executives and connectors.
Corks and Capital was an event put together by Rubik Hub, with the support of TriNet, UiPath, ADR, 615 VC, Crew Capital and VAUNT. It was meant to be more than just another meet-up, and really foster connection and knowledge sharing.
Almost 400 people RSVPed to our invitation to join us and our amazing speakers, Dylan Reider, Partner at Crew Capital, and Alex Urdea, Managing Partner at Deep Ocean Partners.
Discussions here validated some of our principles related to the importance of culture, value, and building a global startup, while also covering what it takes to launch and scale a business in the USA.
For us, this is the start of our community in NY, where we bring people together to share knowledge and expertise about building global companies with global impact.
